Context: In addition to its public service missions, Crédit Agricole du Maroc (CAM) stands out through its commitment to providing clients with an exceptional banking experience at every touchpoint. Driven by its core values of excellence, proximity, and innovation, the group aspires for every interaction to reflect the quality and consistency of its services.
In this context, ATMs are not merely transactional tools but rather an extension of the CAM brand, ensuring a seamless continuation of the customer experience. This ATM branding project aligns with this vision by translating CAM’s identity and excellence into these vital customer touchpoints.
Our Proposal: To meet CAM's expectations, we proposed a tailored solution that emphasizes the brand's key attributes: green, the iconic logo, and white. By carefully selecting and combining materials, we aimed to embody the brand’s positioning and commitments. We also meticulously considered technical constraints, model diversity, security requirements, and the management of airflow and waterproofing to ensure optimal operation and easy maintenance of the ATMs.
Technical Specifications:
Material: Cladding in white-painted steel, ensuring durability and robustness.
Design: Application of long-lasting matte vinyl, designed to withstand weather conditions and wear.
Signage: Logos and other signage elements in relief, ensuring optimal visibility and a refined aesthetic.
Dimensions: Custom cladding with increased height to seamlessly integrate the IT equipment.
Our Approach: Inspired by the Japanese art of origami, we developed a unique design for each model, where angular, intricately cut metal blends seamlessly with the cladding. The green swoosh, the brand's visual signature, is positioned at a 45° angle, allowing the ATM to be identified from over 180°, while offering a design that is both distinctive and subtly elegant. With thoughtful design and quality materials, we believe this project will enhance CAM’s brand image while providing clients with an improved user experience.
